11: Support Our Troops Motorcycle Ride, Saturday, September 11, 2010 at WWV Marine Corps League. $10/Bike & $5/Rider. Registration at 10am, kickstands up and roll out at Noon. After the riders are back, there will be raffles, 50/50 drawing, door prizes, and top poker hand prizes. Food provided by your host, the WWVMCL Ladies Auxiliary.

19: Annual Toys for Tots Benefit - 10am: Benefit Ride Registration; Kickstands up and roll out at Noon. After riders return, annual Club picnic with Food, Door Prizes and the Raffle drawing for the three-case Budweiser Cooler. It can be seen at the Marine Corps League. Tickets are $1.00 or 6 for $5.00 from the Bartender.

212 mi total, 3hr 30min travel time || In Indianapolis, I-70 exit 90 to I-465N ~ I-65N exit 253, right on US-30 0.25mi, left on Mississippi 0.3mi, HGI on right.
To receive guaranteed room rate, you must book rooms by 24 September. Your Registration Form should be mailed before 15 September.

5: 6pm Marine Night. All Marines are welcome to come down and enjoy the evening even if they are not a member of the WWVMCL. Please bring finger foods or snack items for this evening.

6: Marine Corps Ball. Tickets prices are $25.00/person. Tickets available October 15 to Marines and Detachment, Auxiliary and Club Officers. Tickets available to all other members starting October 22. See your friendly bartender to purchase your tickets and please confirm as to whether you want beef or chicken. If you are not planning on attending the Ball you can still attend the after party for $5.00/person, however, you must still come dressed business casual. No jeans and T-shirts permitted.
